Our new 132’’ diameter energy recovery wheel.

From our smallest 48’’, the 132R represents our largest energy recovery wheel yet with a CFM range of about 30,000cfm to 40,000cfm. Like all our other wheels, the 132R is fully AHRI 1060 certified and comes with a complete, per design, 5-year parts and labor warranty.

An extension to our i4 product line, the wheel offers the same great features as our other models. This includes a very compact frame design and 100% aluminum and stainless construction for great corrosion resistance in a very light assembly.

Its available with 3 matrix options from our low pressure drop matrix when space is tight and you want to minimize pressure losses, our standard matrix for the best performance VS pressure drop ratio all the way to our high performance matrix for the most demanding projects. Of course, all of these options are available with our epoxy coated aluminum media for sensible wheels or MS3A desiccant coated media for our enthalpy wheels.

A feature Innergy tech is very proud of is the patented sealing technology on this wheel we call: the Airloop seal. The seal offers true labyrinth performances and thanks to its special material and design, it results in the smallest gap between the seal and media for the best performance of the industry. What it means for you? Even more savings through vastly reduced fan operating costs.

Thanks to its fully modular construction, including its frame, the wheel can be used for new air handling units but is also perfect for field installed retrofit or mechanical room installations.
